It was supposed to be my turn to take care of the arabidopsis for my plant physiology group today. When I was ascending the stairs at Engel, I heard a distinctively deep voice say "hey, how's it going". It was one of my lab partners on the way out the door x.x. Apparently, he did not know I was coming to take care of everything. This left me with 2 1/2 hours to burn after that. Heading towards the drillfield, a strange sight halted me. It looked like...oh my god..it is... A GIANT MEATWAD DOME??????

I had to ask a random guy to take this picture for me. I almost didn't do it; it makes me so nervous to ask people for things. I knew I'd regret it the rest of my life if I didn't get a picture of myself with a giant Meatwad X3

ADULT SWIM'S COUNTY FAIR CAME TO BLACKSBURG. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. I had seen it advertised on the channel, but never bothered to look at the tour dates because nothing like that would ever come here. I was wrong! I sure am glad I was wrong too!

I took a bunch of pictures but here are some highlights.

If you reached your hand into one of the knots of this tree, there were people inside who would poke things up through them. The swag included pens, a postcard book, a cloth chicken beak, pins, and..

A MEATWAD SQUISHIE! I had to try so many times for this one. I think one of the dryads finally pitied me and just gave me one because someone pressed it into my hand.

I spent about 40 minutes waiting in line for this. You walked up to a booth, picked out a design, then picked out a shirt and this guy pressed it for you.

How could any good video game geek girl turn down an oregon trail design with kitties for horses? I can't believe these shirts were free. They had all kinds of shirts to choose from too. How sweet of them ^^

I really like the fortune the sleeping kitten gave me XD

That's most of it; but there are some more pictures here http://s209.photobucket.com/albums/bb180/sexylittlerobot/Adult%20Swim%202008%20Oct%2020/ including the other swag I got from the tree and a few more of the attractions.

Sorry I have so many pictures lately x.x The thing is, i realized that from age 12 until pretty much now I have very few pictures. I've always been so embarrassed and ashamed of my appearance. I realize that even though I may loathe it, if any male chooses to mate with me some day and I have some kind of progeny, said progeny might like to see what I looked like when i was young. So bear with me, I ask of you..x.x

Around the bend from me there lies an antique firetruck. He spends his days basking in the sun and receiving frequent waxing from his owner, whom I believe to be a scarecrow. The first time I saw him, he was sitting in a lawn chair by the firetruck. He was wearing a straw hat, a plaid shirt, and an old pair of blue jeans. As I was thinking about why someone would have a scarecrow guarding an antique firetruck (to keep fecal matter off the fresh wax?), he cheerfully lifted one of his oddly jointed arms to give me a friendly wave. This frightened me so badly that I almost drove into the trellised garden behind him.

Wasn't it sweet of that scarecrow to adopt that firetruck? He might have been eaten by the ambulances, given his age and all. http://youtube.com/watch?v=NoTh8-ABRLI <--- watch that video if you don't get my reference there.

a couple of weeks ago, at the apex of the cold, windy weather, I was privy to the following occurrence. It was around 5pm on a Thursday. I had just been released from my plant taxonomy lab in Derring. I pulled my ginormous woolen hood over my eyes and attempted to walk as quickly as the wind would allow me across the drillfield with the intent of going to the Breakzone. Now, as someone who is used to derisive comments and scornful looks thrown my way, I tend to keep my eyes and attention focused on the ground underfoot. However, I can often sense when someone is in my vicinity and what they are doing. In this manner, I noticed two guys frozen in place to my right. Following their horrified, confused gaze, I saw: a camel. A camel, ambling unperturbed down the path to the dining halls. THIS WAS NO ORDINARY CAMEL. For he had...FOUR HUMAN LEGS! I determined that this CAMEL was responsible for the miserable weather. FOR WHAT CAMEL COULD CROSS THE DRILLFIELD SO CASUALLY if he were not HOARDING THE WARM WEATHER within his hump? Those human legs definitely gave him away.

I'm onto you, Mr. Weatherhoarding Camelgod.

I received two letters in the mail the other day. One granted me an additional academic probationary period, and the other granted me academic relief. I am quite thankful, to say the least.

And so I present my schedule, which wasn't official until yesterday. For squires stalking, the most like times I'll be there are MW at 10 am, and then maybe in the afternoons on other days.

I really like my classes so far, especially domesticating the gene. While the information is simplistic in terms of the knowledge I already have, the teachers are super enthusiastic about the subject, and EVERY SINGLE LECTURE!! is about CROP GENETICS!! How fantastic is that???

So now, I must prove that I am worth these boons, and I hope I can do so. Please forgive me if I neglect my duties as a friend, but I really need to get a high GPA this semester. I can probably still do things on the weekends; and if you know how to reach me I am always here for anyone who needs me <3

first round of testing results:

macroeconomics: 85.7 (about the same as the average)
organic chemistry: 77.8 (the average was a 79 x.o)
plant pathology: 84.5 (the average was a 73)
religion and science: it was a paper, so I won't know this one for a while. I probably did alright on it though.

I am so happy ;_; I never imagined I could do well in college again x.o

oh, and by the way, I don't know why the religion and science class is listed under AAEC. It is supposed to be STS (suddenly religion and science are simplified! the answer is AG ECON)

also that last entry probably messed up everyone's LJ, and if it did let me know and I will try to fix it x.x

guys, is my penis too small? :< I keep getting e-mails telling me it is.
someone

i hope that someone has known the feeling of a long, silent cry after thinking about their lost loved ones while falling asleep, and how much they enjoyed their time with them when they were alive; or maybe when they were around if it is merely someone who has slipped out of their life

i hope that someone has known the satisfaction of figuring out a process or a method for doing something with precision and accuracy

i hope that someone has simultaneously felt lonely and happy, and known that the happiness is actually born of the reasons for the loneliness

i hope that someone has taken someone special to the top of a mountain to see their favorite view, and felt the melancholy happiness of introducing that person to the feeling that there is no mortal syllable that can describe the way you feel when you suddenly realize that life is impossibly beautiful

i hope that someone has helped someone else with absolutely no ulterior motive

i hope that someone has told at least one other person that they were special when they were feeling low

i hope that someone has held their lover in their arms at night and been innudated with euphoria, warmth, trust, and awe

i hope that someone has felt the fierce need to protect someone else, whether it was a child, a pet, a lover, or a friend

i hope that someone has felt like an anachronism

i hope that someone has been washed away in a sea of thought and fantasy

i hope that someone has been literally struck to their knees by a sudden spiritual revelation, whether from near death, a microscope, another person, or a mile deep canyon

i hope that someone has derived intense, sreading, warm happiness from something odd, like driving a car on a country road, or taking a warm shower, or feeling a good cup of tea slide down their throat

i hope that someone has felt triumph at finishing a goal

i hope that someone has been so overcome with desire for someone else that it is almost unbearable, and then had the delicious pleasure of ripping their clothes off and ravaging them

i hope that someone has had a mentor that changed their outlook on life

i hope that someone else has felt like the most useless person on earth; undeserving of the life they lead, and disgusted that they've ever expressed disatisfaction with their life when they look at just how bad it could be

i hope that someone has laughed so hard that they feel sick

i hope that someone wakes up, realizes that the world needsa catalyst for change, and does something about it

i hope that someone has found something to be so cute that they just think they are going to explode

i hope that someone else has realized that they were gifted in one way or another, and found a way to use that gift to help others

i hope that someone takes pleasure in honing and improving their mind and body, and those of others

i hope that someone has wanted to share everything with another person

i hope that someone sees every person as a sibling, a lover, a friend an offspring, a parent, a relative; and treats them like they'd treat anyone who held any of those titles in relationship to themselves

i hope that someone is everyone

wow wow 70's

we all stayed a little late at work today; the office has been flooded lately with new clients. each one is having some sort of EMERGENCY that has required us to do some impossible task in an infinitesmially small amount of time. at any rate, mr. weaver told us around 5:40 that he had to leave. i listened to him stomping down the stairs; then i heard him skidding to a halt. his footsteps resounded in such a way that i knew he had turned back and climbed the first couple of stairs. he then bellowed out "JOANN, GET ME SOME--" Now, this next bit was muffled, presumably because he was already turning to run out the door again -- "PORNOGRAPHY"

my aunt snaps her head up from her computer screen. "What did he say??"

i looked up from my filing. "i think he said...get me some pornography?"

she replies, "oh, he must mean an order..."

by this point mr. weaver realizes that his hastily bellowed order has left us in a state of confusion. he returns to my aunt's office and specifies that he does indeed want a pornography order. "Look in the legacy files," he says. "that dominatrix case should have one."

oh yes. dominatrix case. i'm sorry that that was long before my time...but i digress.

you all tend to express a lot of disbelief when i say that we can use excessive pornography possession in cases to accrue rather large amounts of spousal support. well here it is, we're going for it now with this client. we have a service that we send hard drives to to get mapped out for evidence. for a 90 gig hard drive, this costs around $1300.

today i discovered that they have a new method of discovering evidence: taking your cell phone and recovering your text messages. Now that's hardcore.

anyway, we found a template for the order. i forget exactly what it's called, it has something to do with cruelty.

by the way, the guy is 66. disgusting.

first, i'd like to thank jono for always posting things about classes. i'd honestly never know when drop/add begins if it weren't for him -_-.

so i have been thinking introspectively for a bit today, as i suppose we all do at the end of a relationship (regardless of its nature)

i do not know how males keep getting the idea that i absolutely NEED THEM OR MY WORLD FALLS APART. i'm intelligent (i think) and this has made me perfectly capable of taking care of myself since i can outwit (or at least use enough large words to intimidate) most people who bother me; i have my family and my pets for emotional support; i have the amazingnessities of science to keep me amused, i have video games, drawing, and reading to hone my mind; i have an active imagination to escape into; i have a love and affinty for the wonders of nature; i love to exhert myself physically; i enjoy (for the most part) quiet affinity with my spirituality; i try to take care of all my friends and family's emotional needs; i am constantly educating myself.....i don't NEED anything.

what i do enjoy, however, is sharing my life with someone. i like to take a guy who i like and try and make his life amazing. for me to also be satisfied in that sort of relationship, however, i need at the bare, rudimentary level, three things: 1) intellectual stimulation. someone who is bright and creative to match wits with and challenge me; who can understand my far flung ideas and add to them; someone who can maybe even leave me wordless. 2) emotional stimuation. someone who can understand love and what it really is and be selfless about it. someone who knows how to go beyond himself. someone who can love those who are around him and care about him. someone selfless. 3) physical stimulation. i'd like to pretend that i don't have a need for physical things, but i do and i think it's an important part of a relationship. if you don't have a sex drive, i'm going to get fairly frustrated. there are other things i could add here but they are trivial compared to those three. one that i do mention is that i enjoy someone with some sort of spirituality. this doesn't necessarily mean christianity. i just mean someone who is humbled by life and understands the beauty and gravity of it. someone who knows about the processes of the body, of genetics, of people and their personalities, and who is awed by these things. even without that though, i can take the other three.

maybe that's a lot to ask. maybe that doesn't really exist in males or something. until i see those things in someone else though, i'll keep moving through boyfriends. i do feel somewhat melancholy over my past relationships. there are certain aspects that i miss of every male who has been a part of my life. we all move on though because we know that we could never make each other truly happy.

perhaps this means i will be 'alone' all my life. that does not bother me. as stated earlier, i NEED no one. simply having people i care about, and people who care about me, is more than enough. i would just enjoy someone with whom i can share life on a higher plane so to speak. maybe in time i'll find that is a friend instead of a boyfriend/husband/male escort (ROFFLE JUST KIDDING).

so yeah, no one as of yet has been my 'everything', and i don't know that any male would be until i was with him for a very, very long time and had transcended all mortal aspects of life with him.

secret agent 009

i went to see casino royale yesterday. i was rather ambivalent about it. for months i've been ranting on how the movie would be terrible; another commerical/product placement driven testosterone fest like all the pierce brosnan bond movies, only with a completely unsuitable looking man. at the same time, it's a bond movie; how could i not see it?

well here you go: my formal retraction and apology. i was dead wrong. i apologize in particular to daniel craig, who i have bashed quite a bit for the past several months.

i can't write about the movie without spoiling it really...i'll try my best to be general but be forewarned that any description of this movie will inherently contain spoilers due to the nature of the plot twists.

aside from some of the timothy dalton and roger moore era bond movies, this is the best one i've ever seen. it is reminiscent of 'from russia with love' in that instead of portraying bond as the SUAVE LADIES MAN who RANDOMLY BLOWS UP EVERYTHING IN SITE and OH TESTOSTERONE TESTOSTERONE TESTOSTERONE it goes back to how james bond was originally portrayed in the books/stories (YES, HE CAME FROM A BOOK!). they show a little scene at the beginning of when bond earned his 00 status. it serves to show portray the sort of nature it takes to become a 00: ruthless. daniel craig is not an attractive man. this really aids the movie i believe. instead he is AN ACTOR. his face displays subtle emotion...or none at all. cold, emotionless, precise, killing. his frighteningly light blue eyes can be seen even when he's 50 miles away on the screen. (i've always found light blue eyes to be frightening, but mang....his were just terrifying) the movie jumps forward to after he's been bestowed with his 007 status, and progresses from there.

i'm having a hard time talking about it without summarizing so i'll stop that bit now. instead i'll mention the strong points of this movie:
1) daniel craig. the actor i seriously underestimated. he's been in a lot of movies that i've either seen and don't remember all that well, or meant to see..and now will probably go to the effort of finding just to see what his other performances are like. anyway, he's probably the first actor i've seen who is able to show someone completely devoid of emotion turning into a cocky man devoid of emotion to COMPLETELY VULNERABLE and then into..james bond. he's the best james bond we've seen since timothy dalton. i just DESPISED pierce brosnan. i hated him the second i saw him as a child when he was in mrs. doubtfire, and it carried over to his bond films. there was nothing of substance in those movies, and he did nothing to succor the film since he has NO ACTING ABILITY. i will give him that the first one he was in, goldeneye, was okay. at any rate, i rejoiced upon hearing he wasn't going to return. he just seemed to make james bond too..lighthearted, and that dreaded word metrosexual.

daniel craig does away with all that. he brings back the timothy dalton-style bond. he is witty in a dry manner, not the overbearing jokester. he actually gets messy when performing a kill, stopping at nothing to pull it off. instead of smirking and saying cutesy one liners, his face is immovable, complete disaffected by the horrific events occuring around him...or occuring as a result of him. and yet, he has shows bond's other side, the man underneath. a man who is perhaps afraid for his soul and the toll that his job takes upon it, a man who wants to fall in love and spend his days as any other. it's an interesting mix that makes for quite an on screen character study.

2) eva green as vesper lynd. she's a different breed of bond woman. in the movie bond remarks on how she is exceedingly beautiful, yet afraid no one will take her seriously because of it - and thus she comes across as abrasive and offputting, and wears slightly masculine clothing. that is the best description for vesper lynd; throw in 'cunning' and you have it all. she had the physical beauty to please the males (at least the ones with me i believe, which were my dad and my brother), the intelligence and presence to please me, and the ability to match and really outwit james bond. eva green does a fine job in this movie displaying everything mentioned above, as well as having to eventually show a lot more vulnerability (as to be expected, just like with bond...unless you really wanted a movie all about scary ruthless killers)

3) the cross-gender appeal. i loved this movie, my dad loved this movie, my brother loved this movie. that honestly encompasses quite a demographic right there, to satiate the three of us. the past couple of bonds movie were absolutely insufferable to me. i hated bond, the women, the flashiness and opulence, the focus upon so many gadgets (we all love them, but if it's the only thing going for the movie then there is a problem), the outdated theme of the women falling for bond for no good reason...just too much. my aunt mentioned how the chemsitry between bond and his various women was usually negligible, and how he often had more of it with the 'evil' woman than the one you were suppose to think he had the most chemsistry with (like halle berry's character). at any rate, this movie cleaned the slate and started over with understated, yet dazzling results

4) the action sequences. if you've seen ong-bak the thai warrior then you'll know what you're in for. add in some guns and gasoline. of course i doubt they were all shot in one take with no stunt aid, but the look is very similar. really emjoyable sequences. they are often PAINFUL looking however, and a certain scene comes up in the film that is sure to make every man cringe and every woman feel sympathy pains. not to mention due to the heartless nature of the killing, it can be disturbing. as my brother says though, "no one actually died nikki, calm down".

5) the cars! what's a bond movie without awesome cars? there is a profusion of aston martins, from '64 models to the newest bond-hightech-mobile. he does drive an american ford model, but only briefly near the beginning. great representation of fine machinery.

6) the locales. bond movies always include opulent locations, this one was no exception. a lot of time is spent in nassau and montenegro, and they shot on location i do believe. my brother pointed out that the ocean water of the bahamas and daniel craig's eyes were made to look like the exact same color in one scene.

7) relevance to modern society. a lot of people have complained throughout the various bond films if they felt that the movie was 'outdated' in terms of social history. this film has no problem with it. it doesn't focus so much on space age gadgetry (since Q isn't around ;_;) it adds that realism. one of the themes is terrorism (from various countries, and the arms trade associated with it), and another is the nature of the stock market post 9/11. throw in a high stakes poker game, i'd say that reflects the times we live in fairly well.

8) escapism. some people are complaining because without the exorbitant and obvious opulence and a womanizing, never ruffled bond it doesn't make the movie escapist like they want. well, tough, that was getting old. besides, the locales were plenty extravagant. certainly things i could never imagine. i think there's enough to get lost in here, just not so much in the character himself. maybe people are mourning because they want to be james bond and now he looks like a hard person to exist as. that's because it IS a rough life. why would anyone want to be a killer? i think that that is a point this movie tries to get across, and i really appreciate that.

9) the villian and M. two important roles in bond movies. judi dench has an incredible rapport with daniel craig's character. you get the feeling if there wasn't such an age disparity, and if they weren't government agents that they'd be lovers. i can't say much about the villians without spoilers. let's say it starts out stereotypically and ends....well not a TOTAL surprise but definately a lot of twists.

10) the relationship with the girl: for once, bond doesn't immediately mesmerize women into throwing their clothes off. they do show that he has the ability (when he enters the casino royale, two girls stop in their tracks to check him out), but it shows that for the most part any use of his sexual power goes towards his job. the relationship he develops with vesper is *gasp* an actual one. it's a very refreshing thing to see in a bond movie. i've read some complaints about this, but for the most part it seems to have a pretty good reception.

one last point i'll make, though i couldn't decide whether this was good or bad...the title sequence song is sung by chris cornell, and the title sequence itself is quite atypical. there are no scantily clad females. instead it's this animated montage of various outlines of men dieing at bond's hand via..card suits shot from guns. it's a really cool intro, but might get some of you riled up. (beside me in the theater from my dad: "where's the women? they always have the women in the opening")

will this movie go down in the annuls of history as particularly groundbreaking? no. will you come away with some important new knowledge or a bit of brain food to mull over for years to come? no. will you enjoy the movie as a bond film, something to get lost in and get an adrenaline rush from? undoubtedly!

i had this long, pedantic, discoursive reply to jono's entry all planned out to type here. one that made many allusions to the lost generation and the silent generation; a lot of commentary on how i think the internet has affected the youth of today etc. etc. instead i think i'll quote a passage from the book i obtained the other day:

"Man is but a reed, the most feeble thing in nature, but he is a thinking reed. The entire universe need not arm itself to crush him. A vapor, a drop of water suffices to kill him. But, if the universe were to crush him, man would still be nobler than that which killed him, because he knows that he dies and the advantage which the universe has over him; the universe knows nothing of this. All our dignity then, consists in thought. By it we must elevate ourselves, and not by space and time which we cannot fill. Let us endeavor then, to think well; this is the principle of morality." ~pascal

i am tired of the internet
i am tired of housing developments eating the land
i am tired of people superficially greeting each other in flat nasal accents and asking formulaic questions
i am tired of seeing people gather as many acquaintances as possible
i am tired of self absorption and apathy
i am tired of hearing the vapid conversations that go on between groups of people on campus who are obviously supposed to be best friends
i am tired of everyone caring so much about appearances of every kind

this summer i took a walk every day around the lake neighborhood. part of the reason was because on the corner there was a couple who fascinated me. they were middle aged, and had children who were grown. every evening they'd arrive home from work around 5:30, she in a cougar and he in a truck. he would head to his shed out back where he would work with various pieces of wood to form all sorts of beautiful additions for their little house. she worked on the various aspects of the landscaping at dinner time they'd sit at a little green table under a tree while their big white dog and little kitties ran around them. on occasion, the family would visit and they would play with the babies. the man had three or four friends who would come on occasion to hang out with him out front or help him add logs to his house. by the end of the summer they had transformed their plain white house in a big empty yard to a log covered home with a split rail fence surrounded by all manner of gardens. i felt myself yearning for that kind of life.

later i would discover floyd. it has a large store near the edge, an alternative one you could call it. above it sit a coffeehouse. i would sit on the balcony and watch people continuously stream in and out of the store. ugly people. stunning people. old people. toddlers. they'd greet each other in passing with warmth, whether they were acquaintances or dear friends. they wore various kinds of clothing, but none of it garish or designed to make one stare. they all looked happy and content no matter what state they were in. and there were couples. couples of every age. i was so used to the world of divorce that the old couples astounded me. yet they were almost invariably hand in hand, treading slowly down the gravel path to the store, ensconced in a cocoon of quiet joy.

i hope that some day i can live somewhere like that. full of love and happiness, full of intelligence and life.

today i was staring at the letterhead on a letter from one of the opposing lawyers. it read:

Frith
Anderson
and Peake
fap@faplawfirm.com

that is an exact facsimilie of how it appeared, including the bolded letters. in my head i imagined the bolded letters as some puerile man telling a dirty joke and going "GET IT?? GET IT????"

oh, onanistic acronyms. how you amuse me during an arduous day.

goiden

i ponder the future quite often. there are a few topics of particular interest, or concern as it may be.

robots. everyone knows about my legendary fondness for robots. the robots i like, however, resemble huge, blocky, mechanical beings with a vestige of a hominine appearance. they do not look, act, or....think...like this: http://www.cyberpunkreview.com/news-as-cyberpunk/japanese-robot-innovation-blocks-attempted-slaps/
no no no no no no no no no. androids scare me. FRIGHTEN ME. i don't know how many of you are devotees of philip k. dick's works, but allow me to reference one of his novels here: do androids dream of electric sheep? in that novel, androids are actually replicants; genetically engineered humans who are augmented with artificial intelligence. orginally they were supposed to be for labor purposes (which includes actual labor, pleasure slaves, etc.) given time, however, they find themselves developing personalities, awareness, and the need for self-preservation. they run away and blend in seamlessly with actual humans. the only way to differentiate an android from a person is through an empathy test. the reason that the androids run away is so that they can live a 'good' life. however, no one really has a good life. nuclear war has wiped out almost everyone on the planet, anyone who is not seriously mutated heads for the space colonies. since almost every single animal was destroyed, they are more rare than humans. humans now purchase them from catalogues as status symbols. humans also have mood organs to dial a mood, since everyone is chronically depressed. human bounty hunters pursue any runaway androids and attempt to slay them. in other words, in the end, the androids are 'better' than the humans.

i can see that future happened very easily. inventions are made for two reasons: to make something easier (so it can be done faster and earn more money), or for sex. every now and then an invention/discovery is done in the name of humanitarianism. i'd like to cite vaccinations here but then drug companies come to mind. that will be for a later rant perhaps. people are so ignorant as to what they create. they see no farther than the primordial model of what they have actualized. what if a more chobits-esque scenario arises? where emotional bonds between people are replaced by the convenience of machinery? instead of creating drones to do the dangerous jobs, like mining or assembly, what will man make? will greed, lust, insanity, lead to a world that no one can be comfortable in?

i worry about genetic manipulation. it has so much beneficial potential. i am afraid it will be abused to create designer babies instead. armies of supernaturally strong beings of nominal intelligence to conquer for a deranged leader. the loss of individualism.

and why are morals and emotions considered spurious? what is wrong with with wanting to love only one man, with ardor and fidelity? why are honest business transactions, loyalty to family and friends, simple love for fellow man virtues and practices to be scoffed at?

and why is religion only for the weak-minded now? i've always thought the opposite, that it takes a well-grounded, intelligent person to admit to being a devout practicioner of any religion. is it just an excuse to not have any morals?

and finally, i am tired of men cheating on women, oogling other women, and justifying superfluous/bizarre/pedophilic porn use (and whatever other depraved activity you can think of here) with the phrases "i'm a man, that's what i do" or "all men do it" or "people are animals too". no, people are not animals. we have intelligence, the ability to reason, and the ability to love. and you know what? that goes for women too. everyone needs to stop being so self-absorbed. women have allowed themselves to become catty to other women and to allow their intelligence to atrophy for the sake of perfecting their physical appearance to appease men (i.e. make other women jealous). has anyone noticed that in a single sex group more work gets done? that women are suddenly production and ingenuitive? i'm going to assume it's the same for men.

i feel like the world needs some sort of catalyst to shove it towards a reformation. we need a new golden age, an age of love, intelligence, and general happiness. how many people do you know that wander around in a perpetual state of malaise? it is probably a high number, if not everyone you are personally acquainted with. we all need to work on making things right. to do that we have to stop looking inside ourselves and noticing everyone else. how can this be done? maybe we all just need someone to talk to. maybe if everyone had someone to confide in, empathize with, commiserate with, then they wouldn't feel the need to molest children, to do drugs, to immerse themselves in flesh, to blindly conquer and leave a trail of broken souls in their wake.

i worry. i worry about the future. i hope i can help in some way.

i'm pretty sure it's the derriere + long hair combination. anyway, at one point i went to the bathroom. during this interim one of them approached drew to tell him his girlfriend was hot. i really wish i had seen his face then, it had to have been priceless. he said something like 'okay' in response. i kept hoping that travis would appear after that and leap on me so that the guys would get very confused, and perhaps start shouting SHE A PLAYER or something.

thanks for coming with me so often, drew ^-^;;;;; that must have been embarrassing!
